As the Assistant to the CEO, you will play an essential role in the seamless execution of daily operations at our client's organization. This position is pivotal in supporting the CEO with a variety of administrative and executive tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and effective management of the CEO's schedule.

Focus:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely dissemination of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data management using MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as directed by the CEO, which may include planning corporate events, overseeing company initiatives, and representing the CEO at meetings when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the CEO’s activities and company operations.
  • Participate in the implementation of company strategies and ensure that all tasks are aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Provide logistical support for board meetings and executive sessions, including preparation of meeting materials and coordination of technology setup.
  • Support the CEO in external engagements by preparing speech outlines and managing public appearances.
  • Facilitate efficient and timely communication between the executive office and internal departments, as well as external partners and stakeholders.



Skill Set:

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required, ideally in the capacity of an executive or personal assistant.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to manage travel logistics for the CEO.
  • Proficiency in the use of a PC in a Windows environment; adept in the use of the Internet and MS Office Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
