Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive risk management and benefits programs.
  • Manage Workers' Compensation, liability, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure ADA compliance.
  • Develop and manage risk management training programs.
  • Negotiate insurance policies and broker fees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience, with 4 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and claims management.
  • Valid California Driver's License and ARM accreditation preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Typical office environment; occasional site visits and meetings.
