We are seeking an experienced Media Account Executive who’s established in advertising sales within the podcast/radio industry. Must have proven track record in building relationships with "C" level marketing executives. Here's what you’ll do:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business risks and opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer information
- Create custom media plans using media planning software
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysis
Your experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Familiarity of media planning (and applications), industry and measurement terminology.
- Be a BIG FAN and listener of Radio and Podcasts
- Be Extremely Creative and have a working knowledge and ability to write effective copy for radio and podcast

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
