We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior Paid Search Ad Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a Paid Search Ad Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic paid search initiatives to drive traffic, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives in a fast paced, KPI driven environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Display, Retargeting, Video ads, Social Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant paid channels which will drive maximum ROAS.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Ability to use AI to augment projects where it makes sense.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to drive results and meet business goals.
  • Maintain and grow expertise of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the paid search discipline.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize campaign performance and drive innovation.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience managing paid search campaigns for e-commerce, lead generation, or similar objectives. Knowledge to test a variety of ads to reach desired results.
  • Network marketing (MLM/Direct Sales) industry experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and ROI through paid search advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools for campaign performance analysis and reporting.
  • Expert ability to write persuasive ad copy.
  • Strong design ability a plus (e.g. photoshop)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to stakeholders at all levels. Strong ability to create reports and presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Must be a SELF STARTER and ability to quickly identify opportunities and execute on a number of projects.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
  • AI Integration: Ability to use AI to augment projects where it makes sense.
  • Flexibility to work "off hours" at times to communicate with global markets
