Performance Marketing Manager
Lexicon is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The performance marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This person will also leverage data and analytics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role preferably leading teams.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to design compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Create and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, including key KPIs, metrics, and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend new strategies and tactics based on research and performance data.
- Supervise, Train and Mentor the team.
- Attend leadership meetings and training.
