This is an onsite role in the Cleveland Heights area with the opportunity to work one day remotely after training.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing concepts and technique
  • Experience working with an ATS system


Some of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Create and post internal employment opportunities and external advertisements as needed
  • Conduct reference and criminal background checks as needed
  • Build relationships and partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions to create a pipeline of talent for open positions


Yearly compensation is $73K-$80K.
