Pride Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian for our client in Dunwoody, GA In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver optimal nutrition therapy to a diverse caseload of clients. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans through comprehensive nutrition assessments, monitoring ongoing medical conditions, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary treatment team.


Salary: $58k-$72.5k

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, holiday rotation (usually 1 holiday per year)

Level Of Care: Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs

Case Load: 8-12 clients

  • PHP Clients require 60 minutes of client care per client per week.
  • 1-2 sessions per week depending on client needs.
  • Usually 1 (30-45 minute) individual session
  • 1 (15-30 minute) family session
  • IOP Clients require 30 minutes of client care per week.
  • Usually this is just an individual session, families may be a part of these sessions as needed.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.
  • Provides group nutrition education as assigned.
  • Provides active meal coaching and support for patients and families/communities of support, including participating in and completing Therapeutic Supported Meals/Snacks as appropriate and as assigned.
  • Provides nutrition-specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.
  • Collaborates with the Nutrition and Culinary Manager and nutrition team when needing or providing clinical coverage.


Qualifications:


  • A registered Dietitian credential is required.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in nutrition or dietetics
  • Current license in the state of employment (Georgia) is required.
  • One year of clinical experience.
  • Eating Disorder experience preferred.
