Holland, United States Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health Full time

WE PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

Due to increasing demand for our services and our recent expansion, Developmental Enhancement has multiple openings for full- and part-time Behavior Technicians at our Grand Rapids and Holland clinics

**Who we are, what we do, and how we do it, all reflect our passion and commitment to helping children and families. If you are looking to join a top-quality organization with a strong mission and fun working environment, we’d love to hear from you**

Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health is a premier provider of behavioral health services in West Michigan. We are a rapidly growing organization with 3 locations in West Michigan, specializing in the treatment of children and families. For new hires that are not certified, we will pay for training and provide supervision leading to certification as an RBT. Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Our services require us all to work as a team, so we work hard to creatively recognize the work of all our members

Working as an RBT can be a career level job, provide a chance to gain experience in behavioral health prior to attending graduate school, or be a stepping stone to more advanced careers in psychology. Some of our RBT’s work as technicians while attending graduate school aimed at becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or other psychology fields.
