Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist / Client Services Specialist to be the face of our organization. In this role, you'll be crucial in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and partners while providing essential administrative support to our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them appropriately
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and manage conference room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to the accelerator program and team members
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Manage visitor check-in process and maintain visitor logs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and guests
  • Assist with preparation of meeting materials and presentations
  • Process expense reports and assist with basic financial documentation
  • Support client services initiatives, including startup onboarding and program logistics
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or client services role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset

  • Experience with Monday CRM or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in meeting coordination, email management, and calendar management
  • Familiarity with the UAS/UAV industry or interest in technology and innovation

Work Hours and Flexibility:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for special events.
  • This is an on-site position based in Pendleton, Oregon.
