PROFESSIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and develop lasting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing account value ($10MM).
  • Identify new prospects and build connections with new companies.
  • Ensure the client’s financial and administrative requirements are up-to-date.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose innovative solutions to drive value and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements and long-term partnerships.


PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Attendance at Internal-Account meetings
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge.
  • Cross-train with the PBA Granite team and Wisenbaker Account Management team.


QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and account management.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
