Role Description

The In-House Counsel position is a full-time on-site role located in Beverly Hills, CA. The position involves providing legal advice and counseling to the company, negotiating contracts, drafting and reviewing documents, and managing litigation and other legal matters. The In-House Counsel will handle a variety of legal issues and ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law
  • Strong knowledge and experience in handling trials in employment and real-estate law
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex legal issues and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and drafting legal documents
  • Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders
  • Membership in good standing with the California State Bar is required
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience
  • Experience in the technology or automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent business law experience.
