We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join us as we prepare to launch our latest mixed-reality rhythm game.

4 months
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with developers to create and execute comprehensive launch marketing campaigns. Manage the development of marketing assets, including trailers, promotional videos, and visual content, with keen attention to detail. Optimize game listings on Meta Store to maximize visibility and engagement.
Creators & Influencers: Build and maintain relationships with leading VR content creators and emerging influencers. Develop, coordinate, and implement influencer strategies that align with marketing goals and budget constraints to enhance awareness and engagement.
Performance Marketing: Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations. Focus on strategies that drive user acquisition and increase player retention.
Social Media Content & Engagement: Oversee the production of engaging content, including vertical and horizontal videos, trailers, and memes. Craft compelling copywriting that resonates with our target audience. Develop content strategies that encourage interaction and build a strong community around our games. Engage with the online community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty. Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine strategies and boost engagement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the gaming or VR industry. Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Networking: Strong network within the VR content creator and influencer community. Ability to cultivate and maintain key relationships with creators and influencers.
Performance Marketing Skills: Expertise in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of targeted ads and performance metrics.
Content & Creativity: Experience in creating a variety of content formats, including videos, memes, and promotional assets. Strong video editing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Social Media Savvy: Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms and a keen understanding of online community dynamics.
Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for exploring new trends and technologies in gaming and mixed reality. Experience in XR is highly preferred.
Leadership & Communication: Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
