What ? ("A Day in the Life")


The job of the Senior HR Generalist is critical to business success. In this role, you will build and maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness within a HR team. You will work closely with the HR Director on daily operational matters to support HR initiatives and specific business unit needs.


You will be the primary point contact for local managers and employees and you will assist with the administration and coordination of HR programs and processes and seek process improvement, standardization, and automation.


The position is onsite initially for training period, with long term opportunity for hybrid.

Who ? (Candidate Requirements)


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in HR.
  • Experience in global matrix organization preferred.
