Description

As the Manager, Athlete & Community - Action Sports you will be a valuable member of the Social and Influencer marketing team at CELSIUS. You will be responsible for executing strategy, campaign management & performance, and relationship-building on behalf of the CELSIUS brand for Team CELSIUS Athletes. In this role, responsibilities include day-to-day communication with Action Sports athletes and athlete management to ensure relationships are maintained and KPIs are met. The ideal candidate will have a pulse on trending talents in the Action Sports space with an understanding of relevant platforms to leverage across organic and paid media.

The role will report to the Senior Manager, Athlete and Community. This position will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside key marketing teams such as (but not limited to) Social, Events, Media, and Sports/Fitness within an accelerated brand while prioritizing the growth and success of the Influencer program.


This is a hybrid position, 1-2 weeks a month at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with research and vet all potential new Action Sports athlete talent across all social media platforms that align with the CELSIUS brand. Leverage internal analytical tools to build a case for new talent opportunities.
  • Responsible for full-360 cycle of Action Sport athlete partnerships including identifying, negotiating deliverables, working with legal on contracts, briefing talent, approving content, and reporting performance KPIs.
  • Execute approved Action Sports 360 plans with support from cross functional teams.
  • Support International initiatives and research to help establish CELSIUS as a global brand.
  • Support Senior Manager Athlete and Community with building quarterly strategy to support all social campaigns, as well as reporting and program optimization.
  • Brief athletes monthly on key business objectives, product innovations, and strategy to drive month-over-month KPI growth to hit performance goals.
  • Maintain and Update all Action Sports Athlete information, including but not limited to competition schedules, contractual terms and general information.
  • Budget management for Athlete team, must work with Senior Manager Athlete and Community to establish, track, and ensure adherence to budgets, launch schedules, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
  • Serving as internal TikTok content creator for CELSIUS Official. Could be featured in approximately (2-3) videos per month on as needed basis.
  • Attending select events to capture in-the-moment content to story tell on social media platforms as well as recap events & campaigns. Ensure all athlete talent at events are posting according to deliverables and are managed where needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of (4-6) years of experience with demonstrated success in influencer/athlete and social media community management, community building, athlete/influencer strategies, and outreach.
  • Must be flexible, with the ability to multi-task and frequently adjust to changing priorities and timelines in a fast- paced working environment. Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds.
