IT Technician 6 Month contract

  • Pay rate is $24 - $27 / hr


Job Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
  • Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • User Training: Assist in training hospital staff on the use of IT equipment and software applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to address complex issues and implement new technologies.
