Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements.
  • Customize and configure Business Central to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Business Central.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central applications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in the integration of Business Central with other business systems.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Central Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
