Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage custom spreadsheets. A strong foundation in accounting principles, including journal entries, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input, update, and manage data with accuracy and precision.
• Create custom Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Perform accounting tasks such as reconciling data and processing invoices.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, custom spreadsheets, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries.
• Experience with QuickBooks or Yardi is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (accounting coursework is a bonus).
