Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and setting up meetings with potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a drive to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to potential clients to generate new business leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their potential fit for our products/services.
  • Meeting Setup: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets, refine messaging, and develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on individual performance metrics and sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively address potential client needs.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Persistence: Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection while remaining motivated.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
