We have an exciting short-term project for an experienced litigation paralegal to assist with an upcoming trial at a well-established estate planning and administration firm in the heart of Sacramento. This approximately 3-week role offers a prime location, free parking, and the chance to work alongside a supportive team. LOCATION: Sacramento, CA.

SALARY: $32.00 - $45/hr.

SCHEDULE: M-F | 9 am-5 pm | Approximately - 3-week assignment


INDUSTRY: Law


THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Litigation Paralegal with expertise in Estate Planning, Probate, and TRUST Administration. They should be highly organized and a self-starter, as well as proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS

  • Set up files and maintain all records and correspondence for Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration.
  • Draft documents, pleadings, motions, and depositions for use in court. Assist in preparing court documents and inventories of estate assets and liabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of reading, writing, grammar, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management
