Are you a go-getter with a passion for driving new business growth in Executive Search? We're looking for an ambitious Sector Lead to take charge of a high-impact business development role. What You'll Do:
- Expand Our Client Base: Develop and foster new relationships with clients, particularly in the Manufacturing sector, through daily outreach efforts—both cold calls and leveraging your existing network.
- Lead Business Development Efforts: Create and execute a strategic business plan to target new opportunities, meeting and exceeding your revenue goals.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Use market insights gained from sales calls to identify client needs and future business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our Client Delivery Managers and Executive Search Associates to ensure seamless execution on projects and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and Grow: Help guide and mentor junior sales staff, contributing to team success while building your own career within our organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Executive Search Experience: 2-3 years in retained executive search, with a bonus if you’ve worked with Manufacturing clients.
- Cold Outreach Skills: Experience in cold calling and developing business from scratch, balanced with the ability to tap into existing relationships for warm leads.
- Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present effectively to key decision-makers.
- Business Development Savvy: A proven track record of creatively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- Driven by Results: You are goal-oriented, motivated by growth targets, and passionate about exceeding expectations.
- Degree Requirement: A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required if you can demonstrate relevant experience.

Location:
This position is based in our Philadelphia office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months. Afterward, a hybrid work model of 2 days from home and 3 days in-office is available.
