Hays Facilities Management is partnered with a leading commercial cleaning and facilities management services company. This organization is looking to add a BDM with strong NYC relationships on to their sales team.


Your new role

The job duties of the Business Development Manager will include, among others:

  • Bringing in new business within the NYC market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding clients' specific needs
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the company’s value proposition and benefits
  • Negotiation of contracts/services in support of overall revenue growth

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling within the NYC market- (Strong NYC-based relationships)
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current clientele
  • Hybrid- 4 Days onsite in Manhattan

What you'll get in return

Base range between $140-150K, plus commission and benefits
