We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master with SAFe experience to join our clients dynamic application development teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading teams to success in an Agile environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coach and mentor team members. This role is a 3 days onsite hybrid in Charlotte, NC
Candidates must be able to work directly with TSG and/or TSG’s client on a W-2 basis. Sponsorship training program support is not available for this position now or in the future.
Scrum Master Requirements:
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience in an Agile environment
- Scrum Master Certification (PSM or CSM)
- SAFe knowledge/experience
- Agile coaching experience/knowledge
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to work with and lead a team
- Product ownership experience or knowledge
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Guide the team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices effectively.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
-Assist in achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring the team delivers high-value increments.
- Provide coaching to the Product Owner to manage the backlog effectively.
- Encourage and lead the Scrum and development teams in self-organization.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
- Coach the Scrum team on how to remove impediments themselves.
- Address conflicts and issues that arise within the team promptly and effectively.
- Help the Scrum team reach higher levels of Scrum maturity and continuous improvement.
- Provide Agile coaching to team members and support their professional growth.
