Position Summary

The Senior Manager Learning and Development designs and manages innovative programs to enhance workforce capabilities, aligning training with strategic organizational goals. Partners with leadership, drives cross-departmental projects, and serves as a key advisor on learning matters to position the organization as an industry leader.


Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Leads the design and delivery of leadership, technical, compliance, and digital literacy programs to drive workforce development.
  • Develops and executes a strategic learning framework aligned with business objectives and industry advancements.
  • Partners with senior leaders to assess training needs and implement impactful, business-aligned learning initiatives.
  • Directs the optimization of learning platforms, integrating advanced technologies to elevate learning experiences.
  • Facilitates executive-level development and drives engagement strategies that foster inclusive learning environments.
  • Analyzes and leverages industry trends to position the organization as a leader in workforce development.
  • Provides strategic insights on capability-building initiatives and guides human resources teams to support leadership goals.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning learning strategies with long-term business priorities and external partnerships.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of learning and development experience.
  • Prior experience with emerging learning technologies, including VR/AR, gamification, and AI.
  • Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and digital training platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human capital management talent systems.
