Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Omni Studio, Gear Set, Own Backup, and other Salesforce tools for development and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features to support business processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce development and configurations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (highly desired).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a programmer, with at least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex coding, Flow, and Lightning Components development.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management and security settings.
  • Knowledge of Omni Studio, Gear Set, Own Backup, and other Salesforce tools (highly desired).
  • Familiarity with public sector solutions and Salesforce integration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
