Job Summary: Kraft Tool Co is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Shawnee, Kansas. The Manufacturing Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing production operations, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, and maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes. The successful candidate must have a strong background in engineering, business, or related fields, along with mechanical expertise in industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing staff to achieve production goals, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of manufacturing orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, enhance product quality, and meet customer demands.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting mechanical issues with industrial equipment and machinery.
• Train and develop staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to implement process improvements and new manufacturing technologies.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in inventory management, tracking raw materials and finished goods as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in a manufacturing supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge in working with industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in using computer software for production planning, reporting, and communication.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
