MenMD is growing and we are expanding our sales force At MenMD we know that when it comes to a patient’s health, there is no “one GUY fits all” solution. While most online platforms are nothing more than a fancy algorithm, we run on a careful balance of people and tech, bringing men personal health assistants, timely articles, live events, and our most valuable resource: partnerships with expert men’s health providers in their area.
Our partnerships with providers set us apart from other platforms. menMD assists over 1,200 HCP’s and their practices to increase patient satisfaction and decrease call burden to the office. Providers that work with menMD come from varied specialties including Urology, Endocrinology, Oncology, and Primary Care.
About the Role:
We are looking for a hungry and motivated sales manager (this is an individual contributor role) to cover sell to Weight loss centers and Medical Spas in IN and OH. RSM’s are responsible for converting HCP’s that are new to menMD or reviving those who have gone inactive using their database.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Every quarter, develop field call plan throughout your region based on your Target List.
Expected 3 in-field days per week with 8-10 call contacts with Weight loss centers and Med Spas.
When not in-field, RSM’s are working remotely reaching out to targets/completing assigned tasks with the overall goal of obtaining HCP Interactions and driving influence.
Develop relationships with the HCP’s and their practice through clear and organized communication with your menMD Account Manager to foster strong trusting relationships with the practices
Participating in new product/service trainings, relaunches, and conferences as required.
Qualify targets, confidently relay menMD’s value proposition, and overcome objections when working with HCP’s in your region.
Prepare accurate reports on your Calls, Conversions, and HCP Target Status for weekly collaboration with the Sales Team for messaging/campaign enhancement.
Approximately 35% travel (in field or conferences)
Job Performance will be measured by:
Sales results, Execution of business Plan for your region (HCP Calls/Interactions/Conversions)
HCP Feedback and Satisfaction
Accuracy and timeliness of Salesforce.com documentation.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- BS or BA degree
- Minimum of 1-5 years experience selling in compounding pharmacy or B2B to weight loss centers and medical spas
- Demonstrated strategic acumen with a total account call approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member to deliver results
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- Travel is required for business, may include overnights
- Proficiency in CRM and google
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
