Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role to lead our Metal Fabrication Production based in Phoenix, AZ. As a Manager for Metal Fabrication, you will be responsible for overseeing our three metal fabrication facilites, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will supervise three teams of metal fabricators, manage production schedules, and collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines. Additionally, you will implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the fabrication facility.


Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience with CNC machines and other metal fabrication machinery
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a fabrication environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • High attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
