Role Profile: This is a full-time role as a Territory Account Sales Representative at Hari Mari. This role can be done from Orlando, FL, or Dallas, TX. As a Territory Account Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company's brand and product portfolio effectively. This role involves developing in-depth knowledge of the products, understanding the needs of the clients, and implementing strategies to increase market share and revenue. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly motivated, and has a proven track record of success in a similar sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:

· Account management and relationship building

· Wholesale sales growth and revenue generation

· Product knowledge and brand representation

· Market analysis and reporting

· Customer satisfaction and retention


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

· 3+ years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in the footwear industry

· Proven experience in territory or account management sales

· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within a designated territory


Required Skills:

· Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans

· Proficiency in CRM software

· Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse client bases


Preferred Experience:

· Direct experience in footwear or fashion accessories sales

· Knowledge of the sandal market and competitive landscape

· History of successful sales strategy implementation with retailers throughout Florida. Women's lifestyle boutiques preferred


Key Performance Indicators:

· Sales revenue growth

· New account acquisition

· Customer retention rate

· Average order value and units per transaction

· Sales cycle length


Travel Requirements:

· Extensive travel (between 50 - 60%) may be required to see accounts, visit prospective clients and attend trade shows
