WHAT YOU’LL DO:


We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director, Information Security to join our dynamic team at Continental Services. This critical role will spearhead the design, implementation, and management of our information security program, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals while protecting our digital infrastructure, customers, and business partners during a period of rapid growth.


WHAT IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE


Develop a Robust Security Strategy

  • Create and implement a comprehensive security strategy tailored to the needs of Continental Services, aligned with enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Scale security practices to meet the demands of a growing organization.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Build strong relationships with leaders to address emerging threats and foster a culture of continuous improvement in security practices
  • Partner with teams to integrate security into everyday operations.

Risk Management and Awareness

  • Establish processes to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to ensure company-wide adherence to security policies.

Monitoring and Incident Response

  • Implement monitoring programs and tools to detect and respond to threats effectively.
  • Lead incident response initiatives, refining protocols based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.

Strategy Alignment

  • Stay ahead of emerging threats and trends, educating leaders and driving a proactive approach to security enhancements.

Performs other duties as assigned


WHO YOU ARE


Technical Expertise:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of information security frameworks and global regulatory standards.

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Adaptability and Strategic Thinking:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing innovation with risk mitigation.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in information technology, with at least 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management roles.
  • Proven track record in building security programs within complex, consumer-focused organizations.

PREFERRED SKILLS:


  • Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP, CISA, or CGEIT.
