Responsibilities

Administrative Coordination:

  • Download and organize job documents
  • Assist in preparing estimates for new projects 
  • Log, track and submit project proposals
  • Interact with Accounting Department in completing commission worksheet following established policies and procedures and in timely submission of vendor and manufacturer invoices


Project Management Assistance:

  • Assist with ongoing project file organization
  • Place and track orders
  • Delivery follow up and coordination
  • Participate in trainings and sales meetings


Customer Service:

  • Interface with Customers  
  • Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to our clients and prospective customers
  • Manage existing business relationships always in a professional manner


Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Professional, self-motivated and a team player
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A good learner, active listener and accepts constructive feedback
  • Articulate communicator – verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM system a plus
  • High school graduate; some college credits with very good math skills
  • Solid customer service skills


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • This position may require occasional moving inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
  • May require constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone and computer printer
  • This position may require constant moving of hands/fingers
  • This position may require occasional lifting, standing, bending and stooping
