Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP UAT activities, ensuring alignment with testing processes and standards.
  • Guide and collaborate with client teams throughout the SAP Testing process to ensure thorough and accurate test execution.
  • Develop, implement, and manage test plans and test cases.
  • Perform manual testing, identify, and write detailed test cases.
  • Implement QA processes and best practices to improve testing quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee and monitor project status, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business partners, developers, and support teams, to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
  • Coordinate end-to-end validation with various backend systems and external vendors.
  • Host regular status meetings and ad hoc working sessions to track progress and address challenges.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and Logistics, with at least 2 years in a team lead/management role.
  • Strong experience in SAP UAT management and testing processes.
  • Expertise in developing, writing, and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Experience implementing QA methodologies and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail or online store experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Experience in managing relationships with vendors and backend system teams
