Role Description
This is a on-site position Information Technology Manager role located in El Paso, TX. As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the IT operations of the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing IT systems, infrastructure, and resources, ensuring the security and integrity of data, implementing and maintaining software (implementing and updating) and hardware, and providing technical support to employees. Ensure streamlined operations of IT are in alignment with the business objectives of the organization as well as provide administrative direction for the IT function. The IT Manager will collaborate in decision making for other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. This individual will also define and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field,
- Possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities. Medical/Healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in the field of networking products; large scale server environments WAN and LAN networks
- Experience in Window Operating Systems
- knowledge of EMP systems - pulling data
- Strong analytical skills, experience with Sequel (ad hoc report writing)
- Excellent communication skills and ability work inter-departmentally, prioritizing projects and needs.
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Information Technology
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
