We accelerate R&D and discovery of breakthrough molecules and materials with our leading no-code AI platform and self-driving labs technology. The key applications are in formulation, catalysis, and chemical synthesis for various industries including pharma, biotech, chemicals, and climate tech. Role Description
This is a full-time role for a SaaS (software as a service) Sales Account Executive at Atinary. The main responsibility is to grow revenues and manage customer accounts. This role can be remote, but the candidate has to be based in the East Coast, in Boston or New Jersey area. You will be part of the Sales team reporting to the Co-Founder and CEO.
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in selling enterprise SaaS and work experience building teams in high-growth tech startups. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology and science, have a strong track record driving sales growth in the SaaS space, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we want to hear from you. Extensive travel (50%+) and availability required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Track the performance of business activities. Develop reports, analyze KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing and sales materials and campaigns.
- Work as a key member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Work effectively with remote team members at our other locations across multiple time zones.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. BSc or MSc degree in science or engineering is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions. Experience in the pharma, biotech, and/or chemical industries is a plus.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a startup environment in the SaaS market.
- Excellent leadership and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies for enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Expertise managing customer relationship management (CRM) and sales operations.
- You must adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary and diverse environment.
- A background in chemistry, science, and/or engineering is a plus.
- Interest and knowledge of AI technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Work permit for USA is required.
