Part Time: 30 hours/week


Must Have

  • Converting Training & Development Leader
  • Familiarity with Client Converting Equipment



Nice to Have:

  • Originator credentials in the Enovia environment. This person must be trained and experienced in originating Packaging specifications in the Enovia Digital System.
  • The person does not need to have a 4-year degree but must have at least 1 year experience in originating packaging specifications.
  • Prefer familiarity with Client Daily work systems and lab testing. (SMART clearances, ILST digitization, label/artwork, packaging lab work as needed)
  • Strong Office Software skills: Word, Excel, TOPS, PowerPoint
  • Can manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects/ can flow to the work
  • Can liaise with Art, SGS, Regulatory, QA, and MPD resources that are assigned to same project.
  • You will oversee designing, optimizing and implementing processes and improvements.
  • You will implement solutions, with a focus on creating efficiency and scale through technology and automation.
  • Identify risks; respond to and resolve issues/errors/escalations through investigation to produce insights for short/medium/long-term technology-enabled solutions.
  • Distill the requirements of new products and market expansions and designs automated workflows to reduce manual work requirements.
  • Support engineers, analysts and other Operations team members to resolve escalations through issue investigation to produce insights, training, and technical tooling.
  • Understand the operations ecosystem, technology and data models and its current strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
