Job Title: Database Administrator

Schedule: Hybrid 2 to 3 days at Home Office in Toccoa, GA

Duration: 12 Month Contract (Potential to Convert or Extend)

Job Summary: The company has been undergoing lots of growth over the last three years and lots of teams will be looking to expand over the next couple weeks/months. They are currently under the process of restructuring their IT environment from waterfall to agile, and have a lot of new applications, such as a mortgage application system, launching over the next couple of months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that new database code meets company readability, reliability, and performance standards.
• Monitor database performance using tools like SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Profiler, and other third-party monitoring solutions
• Ensure Availability, Security, and Performance and Critical SQL Server RDBMS systems
• Responsible for managing 1FFC Lending Data Database within an Azure Environment

Requirements

• Previous Experience in Financial Services Industry
• Experience with Databases in Azure environment
• Experience with SQL/SQL Server
• Previous Experience Managing a Database for Lending Services

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Experience with NLS Preferred
