As a Digital Engineer you will be responsible for;

  • Write detailed functional specifications that document newly created designs and support product introduction.
  • Test and verify hardware to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements, by recording and analyzing test data
  • Model, build, test, and modify product prototypes using working models or theoretical models constructed with simulation
  • Support FPGA-based designs; be proficient in simulating and debugging design in code and on circuit board
  • Select hardware and material, assuring compliance with specifications and product requirements
  • Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
  • Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position


Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline
  • 2~3 years of experience
  • Circuit board design and troubleshooting experience (analog)
  • Must be able to work onsite at our Waukesha, WI location
  • Preferred - Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Preferred - Masters Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical)
  • Preferred - Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of a product/program
  • Preferred -Strong interpersonal skills

Location: On-site in Waukesha, WI
