Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid, founder role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Subterrane Ltd. The CTO will be responsible for leading the company's technology and digital transformation initiatives. This includes overseeing software development projects, managing IT strategy and architecture, and driving product development. The role is located in Houston, TX with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong background in software development, project management, and product development
  • Experience in defining and executing IT strategy and architecture
  • Experience in the mining/ energy industry is a must
  • Deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies and their practical applications
  • Ability to lead and mentor a technology team
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


Remuneration

This is a pre-seed founder role with equity option. Once the opportunity has raised ramp funds, the position will be fully salaried under contract for services with a competitive benefits package.
