Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly Bulletin communication program – work across departments to communicate important company information (product info, marketing info, new store info, etc.)
  • Lead Product Sheet communication program – work with Merchandising team, ensuring every product has an informative, accurate, and compelling Product Sheet for Crew Members in stores and the Marketing Department
  • Ensuring all Product Sheets are made accessible to Crew Members
  • Exposing customers to Product and help them make informed buying decisions through the creation of engaging, informative content (copy, graphics, recipes, video, etc.) across various platforms (social media, web features, eNewsletters, Fearless Flyers, packaging, etc.)
  • Copywriting and proofing–researches and edits content diligently
  • Producing and optimizing graphics for digital and print publications
  • Ensuring cohesive company “voice” in all pieces—focuses on capturing the unique tone and humor
  • Listening and communicating with Crew Members and Customers (when appropriate) to improve existing communications and identify new opportunities
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing and Creative Marketing Team to conceptualize and implement digital campaigns
  • Supporting website content maintenance (lists, databases, admins, etc.)
  • Working cross-functionally to create marketing, communications and other content to support company initiatives/special projects

Experience:

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized and deadline-oriented.
  • Must possess a strong willingness to collaborate with others.
  • Must be proficient in Photoshop and InDesign and have solid knowledge in HTML and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, iMovie, and photography is a plus.
