Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with prospective students through personal interviews, telephone interviews, and e-mail/text correspondence to determine their educational interests, needs, and English learning journey goals.

- Give campus tours.

- Assist new students closely with the enrollment process.

- Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all callers and visitors.

- Actively participate in all recruiting activities.

- Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

- Develop quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.

- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.


Requirements:

- Bilingual

- An associate degree or higher is preferred, but experience can be substituted for a degree.

- A positive and upbeat personality is required.

- Previous experience in admissions, recruiting, or consultative sales is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cooperative relationships with a diverse student base.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Outstanding customer service skills.

- Working knowledge of computers, database entry, and/or Microsoft Office.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.


Work Location: In-person * Miami Beach, Florida


Schedule:

- Evenings as needed

- Monday to Friday

- Nights as needed

- Weekends as needed
