Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents: complaints, discovery, pleadings, and settlement demands
  • Manage case information, track deadlines, and handle document service
  • Communicate with clients and experts; obtain medical records and bills
  • Assist with trial prep, depositions, and discovery
  • Draft settlement accountings and coordinate settlement disbursements

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree AND ABA-approved paralegal certificate
  • 5+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and court rules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with eDiscovery programs a plus
