Our financial services industry client based in downtown Baltimore has been awarded as a ‘Best Places to Work’ organization, with a relaxed culture and 100% paid healthcare coverage. They are seeking a Contact Center Operations Manager to oversee 20 inbound call center professionals based in-office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.


The onsite Contact Center Operations Manager must be able to bring best practices to lead process improvement of workflows, policies, and procedures. The Manager will be given autonomy and support to proactively make changes to optimize this department for scale.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of call center team leadership experience preferred.
  • Financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in call center process improvement.
  • Work hard/play hard mentality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong abilities as a trainer and coach.
  • Ability to be onsite in the downtown Baltimore office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
