Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage conference room bookings.
  • Organize files, update front desk information, and ensure a neat reception area.
  • Handle inbound and outbound mail efficiently.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firm, preferably with experience in medical malpractice or healthcare law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Bright, self-sufficient, team player, reliable, and enjoys helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
