OneSearch Group has partnered with a rapid-growing Registered Investment Advisor in their search for a Senior Client Service Associate to join their team based in Miami, FL. The firm focuses on providing investment advisory services to ultra-high net worth investors, institutions and family offices.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide distinguished service to both internal and external clients.
- Open investment accounts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare client meeting materials, investment performance reports and periodic financial portfolio updates.
- Promptly process all client requests, including but not limited to, wires, checks, journals and transfers.
- Serve as a liaison between advisors, brokers and internal teams.
- Perform administrative duties, process paperwork and generate client reports, as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field experience.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, preferably within a Registered Investment Advisor.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bilingual; Spanish is required.
