Position: Master Data AdministratorCompensation: $40/hrLocation: ONSITE Houston, TexasInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Master Data Administrator to join their teamJoin a forward-thinking organization committed to ensuring data accuracy and integrity. As a Master Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining SAP vendor and customer master data. This is an exciting opportunity to work with various levels of management and contribute to the company's data governance and quality control efforts.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Ensure SAP vendor and customer master data accuracyInterface with management to ensure data complianceDevelop and maintain data quality control proceduresPerform regular data audits for accuracyAssist with internal and external audit activitiesSupport vendor data management and cleansing activitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients and suppliersUpdate process guidelines and proceduresImplement opportunities for process improvementsEnsure controls to prevent conflicts of interestRequired Qualifications & Experience:High school diploma required2 to 5 years of SAP Vendor/Customer Master Data MaintenanceERP (SAP) vendor/customer master data system experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionNice to Have Skills & Experience:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business-related disciplineSAP Master Data Governance or MDM certificationExperience in process improvement initiativesPerks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositIf you are interested in learning more about the Master Data Administrator opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
