What will I be doing?

  • Answering customer concerns via phone or email
  • Communicating with vendors to resolve tenant facility needs
  • Reserving space for tenants at various building events or amenities
  • Communicating with other team members through on-site meetings to review weekly events or activities
  • Assisting in tenant move-in and move-out
  • Setting up office space and relocating furniture
  • Notifying tenants of upcoming building maintenance or repair items
  • Assisting tenants with billing questions
  • Scheduling and preparing conference rooms for meetings and events
  • Assisting with various specialty projects for the Office Manager
  • Providing high level service to both internal and external clients
  • Managing inventory of supplies for various spaces
  • Prepare and coordinate tenant tours
  • Managing kitchen inventory and cleanliness
  • Processing tenant and vendor invoices

Desired Skills:

  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Strong listening and problem resolution skills

Must have:

  • 2+ years in hospitality or commercial property management/real estate
  • BA or BS
  • MS Office - intermediate to advanced skills
  • Willingness to learn
