Role: Deployment Technician

Length: 2-3 days

Location: 1505 Northside Blvd., Suite 4600, Cumming, GA 30041

Job Description:

• Deploying and plugging in devices in the physician office (monitors, desktops, printers, etc.).
• Unboxing the devices carefully and in an organized manner.
• Installing both new and old devices.
• Being a reliable resource for the duration of the project.
• Maintaining a professional attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of IT support experience within a corporate Windows environment.
• Experience with imaging, software packages, migrating network printers and deploying new IT equipment.
• Experience with effective cable management and installation techniques for infrastructure technology.
• Successful track record providing outstanding customer service and problem resolution for end-users experiencing hardware and software issues.
• Reliable transportation to and from client's locations.
