What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to define scopes of work.
  • Lead design teams for medium to large instrumentation and control (I&C) projects.
  • Design PLC and SCADA systems, industrial fiber optic networks, and radio telemetry systems.
  • Develop P&IDs, control strategies, and SCADA network block diagrams.
  • Specify and select instruments, control panels, and networking equipment.
  • Prepare ISA data sheets, input/output point lists, and technical reports.
  • Manage I&C projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budgets.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering skill development within the team.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction and operational phases.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 6-12 years of experience in electrical power and control systems for water, wastewater, or petrochemical facilities.
  • Hands-on expertise in P&ID development, instrumentation selection, control system design, SCADA software, and process control narratives.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or eligibility to obtain within six months.
  • Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
