Ideal Candidate:
- Military Veteran: Veterans with technical training in Avionics, Electronics, Fire Control, Nuclear, Computer/IT, or Electrical/Electrician fields are highly encouraged to apply.

Your Mission:
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the expert who ensures the smooth operation of our cutting-edge building automation systems. Your technical skills and customer-focused approach will keep our clients' facilities running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance Pro: Conduct regular inspections, testing, and calibration to prevent malfunctions.
- Troubleshooting Expert: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with computerized building automation systems, HVAC, electrical components, and computer networks.
- Customer Service Champion: Respond to service calls, providing timely and effective on-site, remote, or emergency support.
- System Optimization: Fine-tune system settings and configurations to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Installation & Upgrades: Assist with system installations, replacements, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration.
- Knowledge Sharing: Conduct on-site training sessions for customers, empowering them to effectively understand and manage their systems.
Qualifications:
- Technical Foundation: Military technical training OR Associate's degree or higher in Electronics or a related field.
- Experience: 4-8 years of engineering technician/service experience, ideally with a background in automation, HVAC, or electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting Skills: A proven ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues.
- Customer Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Computer Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and eager to learn new software and technologies.
- Training Aptitude: A willingness to learn and master our building automation systems.
