Your Mission:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the expert who ensures the smooth operation of our cutting-edge building automation systems. Your technical skills and customer-focused approach will keep our clients' facilities running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance Pro: Conduct regular inspections, testing, and calibration to prevent malfunctions.
  • Troubleshooting Expert: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with computerized building automation systems, HVAC, electrical components, and computer networks.
  • Customer Service Champion: Respond to service calls, providing timely and effective on-site, remote, or emergency support.
  • System Optimization: Fine-tune system settings and configurations to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Installation & Upgrades: Assist with system installations, replacements, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Conduct on-site training sessions for customers, empowering them to effectively understand and manage their systems.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Foundation: Military technical training OR Associate's degree or higher in Electronics or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of engineering technician/service experience, ideally with a background in automation, HVAC, or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: A proven ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and eager to learn new software and technologies.
  • Training Aptitude: A willingness to learn and master our building automation systems.
