Responsibilities:


• Handle corporate legal matters efficiently and professionally

• Oversee processes related to mergers and acquisitions

• Facilitate the formation of new business entities

• Review and draft commercial agreements to ensure legal compliance and protect client interests

• Prepare governance documents as per legal requirements and best practices

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

• Provide expert advice on corporate and business laws

• Apply skills in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Entity Formation to provide comprehensive legal services

• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
