  • Experience in Photoshop is integral to this position.
  • Must have experience in rendering packaging concepts with a portfolio that demonstrates this work.
  • Collaboration, problem-solving, and excellent time management/organizational skills are key attributes to fill this position.
  • Candidate should be able to work quickly and take initiative on multiple projects at once.
  • Experience in conceptual renderings a must.
  • Experience in a luxury/beauty brand brand environment preferred
  • Should have working knowledge of print (on-press experience is a plus) and setting up artwork for print
  • Innovative, able to work within limitations but also capable of pushing boundaries and experimenting
  • Looking for someone that is a self-starter – will be part a team but needs to have the ambition to keep things moving
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurship – takes initiative, improves performance and develops a vision
  • Plays well with others and be able to function in high-pressure situations – timelines are tight
  • Partner with marketing in overseeing creative output concept through production
  • Strong eye for color, color matching and occasional press checks


The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
